REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

We carefully quality check each artwork and print individually. In the unlikely event that you find a genuine defect in your order, please document the issue with photos and send us an email explanation with your order # at info@elsajeandedieu.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, if necessary we will ask you to carefully return the products back to us in the same condition you received them, after which we will happily replace or correct the issue with your order.
